Okay, I realize my positioning on this topic is going to be biased, since I know the value I bring to my clients and I obviously believe in my career path, or I wouldn’t be on it in the first place. However, since there is a lot of transactional competition out there today, I wanted to hone in on why working with a buyer is not only better from a relationship and trust standpoint, but it can also get you what you want, at a better price, in a shorter period of time, while costing next to, and often times in total, nothing at all.
